Montbéliard Sausage To be Cooked

Since the Gallo-Roman times, the farmers from the Franche-Comté region have been bringing a specific flavour to their cooked meats through original methods of preservation. In fact, after salting, the products are gently smoked in sawdust from the fir trees of the Jura mountains in an enormous wooden pyramid shaped chimney. This natural and generous flavour characterizes this sausage which is a regional culinary delight.

Great.

Not too salty. Wonderful smoky flavour. Made a quick bean casserole and served it with the sausage, a great 20 minute lunch.

I like this alot... proper dense texture and packed with flavour. Great with an egg and potato salad

Too many preservatives... made me sick

This is VERY tasty - almost illegally so. But a few minutes after eating it I had a horrible headache. I tried again a few days later with the second sausage and the same thing happened. If you're sensitive to preservatives, you should try some other ocado sausages and skip these.
