perfect
the best marmalade ever...so many jams and all cakes puddings etc too are far too sweet for my taste...this is perfect...the amount of sugar doesn't mask the wonderful flavour of oranges and this marmalade is full of fruit and tender peel.

Fantastic!
I know this isn't listed as marmalade but that is what it is. I love chunky marmalade but too often it is too sweet and very dark. This is wonderful - I don't think I could make better. It has a bitterness that is lovely. I have started buying a few jars just in case it goes off the market. All my friends have started asking where I bought it!

Not sickly sweet, and very easy on the palate. Definitely ordering more - a great combination.

Delicious
Not too sweet, not bitter, very nice consistency with recognisable tones of clementines. Love it.
