The Rosette salami is originally from the Beaujolais region of France. The all-natural pink pork belly was granted the Rosette status. Developed using traditional methods, it is authentic and delicious thanks to its lengthy drying process.

Traditional French Foods

Raflets de France is a top brand of the French supermarket Carrefour. This brand is associated with a range of produces dedicated to food in the traditional French style. The Salami sausage is no exception having been made in the traditional regional style of Lyons from authentic recipes to the highest standards. I have been buying the Raflets brand of foods for the past 14 years in Carrefour France and a great debt of gratitude is due Carrefour for preservative many regional foods that otherwise would have completely disappeared from the marketplace. This delicious sausage is recommended without reservation to lovers of truly things French. Incidentally, the price is about the same as your would pay in France for an identical product.

Farmyard Whiff

This definitely has the farmyard/feety whiff that you can get with French salamis. Often a fan, but this product has far too much for me... Throwing 2/3 of it away as no one can quite bring themselves to eat it..
