Not to my taste

I found this a little too fatty but strangely lacking in flavour for my taste. I'll try something else next time.

Not properly cured in middle

I decided to try this over the alternatives available but at least the one that I had was all squishy in the middle suggesting it had not cured properly. The bit that was properly cured was admittedly delicious.

Finally, a proper French salami

This salami reminded me perfectly of the delicious versions I've had in France - it is quite robust and hard rather than a squidgier Italian-style, and the flavour is full and meaty. Will definitely be re-purchasing.
