- Empty the pasta into salted boiling water (1 litre of water for every 100g pasta). Stir whilst cooking - 8 minutes cooking time - Drain without rinsing -Serve immediately with a knob of butter

Light, delicious and tastes fresh!

This pasta is very light and tasty. It takes fresh! This was a complete but welcomed surprise. I only buy dry pasta from Reflets de France!
