have they changed the recipe?

Buy this regularly and used to be very good, but recently softer texture and an unpleasant rather greasy after taste.

Variable

Sometimes good, sometimes too much paprika flavour for my taste. Latest one I bought clearly hadn't been cured correctly because it was soft like a raw sausage. When I started cooking it it gave off a smell like a farmyard. Binned.

Not great

Insipid in flavour, and there was a disproportionate amount of tendon-like material for my taste. Am still picking it out of my teeth. OK for soups though.
