Prepare & Use
Serves 2-3.
Place 400g pack Cook's Ingredients Rhubarb, cut into 3cm pieces, the juice of 1 small orange and 100g sugar in a medium saucepan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes until just tender, stirring occasionally. Serve warm or chilled with creme fraiche or fromage frais.

Very disappointing
Soggy with brown bits. had to cut quite a lot off before I could use it in the crumble. I was very disappointed even though it tasted good in the end.

tasted of soil!
This was dreadful. It smelt of soil as came out of packet, washed and cooked and it continued to smell and sadly TASTE of soil. Had to chuck it out.
