The best dairy alternative

We started using this as a cows milk alternative for my little boy who suffers from excema. I'd read about possible dangers of giving boys large amounts of soya milk & 3 years on both he & I am a convert - hot milk at night, hot chocolate & in cereal - it's delicious!

Good alternative to cow's milk

Pleasant tasting - very similar to skimmed milk - and doesn't have the unpleasant after-taste of soya milk. I would have awarded five stars but the plastic opening on some of the cartons is a pain as it leaks all over the place when you shake the product before pouring and then again when you pour.

yummy

I love this, always have on cereals or drinking. Didn't work well in a hot drink. My favourite milk alternative, scrumptious.

Good dairy alternative

Of the dairy substitutes this one is best in tea without adding any weird taste. The only trouble is that I find it quite watery and end up using more in drinks than I would of something else, so I get through it rather quickly.

Excellent

Excellent alternative to milk and soya, being intolerant to both has naturally drawn me to rice milk. I take it in my tea and coffee as well as adding it to mashed potatoes and great for making hot chocolate with cocoa. The added calcium is useful as I do forget to take the supplements and I don't find a change in taste from the regular rice milk. I have tried the organic version also but my sons prefer this one because of its white colour more than anything else (the organic version is beigy/grey). The small packs of regular rice milk fit nicely in my bag for going out. Altogether very useful and tasty in all sizes but the plastic spout in the large packs does occasionnally come unstuck and fall so open them carefully.
