Best on the market
I LOVE asian food and, because i'm a veggie, I eat a lot of salad and make my own dressings. This is better, even than my best recipe. I am so glad I was introduced to it. I buy about a bottle a week at the moment.

Punchy, well balanced dressing
Love this dressing - gives real impact on a salad - and has enough about it to work with salads with strong flavoured ingredients. Never used it for cooking - but sounds interesting. The comment about vinegar is interesting. My thought would be that overall this is a very punchy dressing and so needs to be used more sparingly than most so as not to overwhelm - but maybe thats not a bad thing?

An interesting combination of ingredients but TOO MUCH vinegar which overwhelmes everything else.
