Cornish Clotted Cream
The Rodda family have for five generations been using rich, creamy milk from Cornish herds on lush pastures to produce Cornish Clotted Cream.
With its golden crust and silky smooth taste it is traditionally enjoyed as a Cream Tea, but is the perfect accompaniment for strawberries, Christmas pudding or any dessert.
Cornish Clotted Cream is one of the few foods to achieve the high accolade of 'Protected Designation of Origin' which denotes its distinctiveness.

This is food of the gods
I know some people don't like the buttery crust on clotted cream, but what is underneath is like double cream used to be years ago! It is sort of cream you were allowed a spoonful of on your tinned peaches at Sunday tea. I don't eat puddings as a rule, but on high days and holidays this is my treat, especially teamed up with some kind of lemon dessert.

Clotted cream as it should be, rich unctuous and utterly sinful. A real treat.

Best clotted cream ever
My husband loves this so much. He has it with every dessert possible. Always seem to have a pot of this in fridge. It lasts for ages
