Rookbeare Farm, recorded in Domesday, lies in its own unspoilt valley in the heart of Devon. An independent, family-run business, we make sorbets and ice creams of uncompromising quality and purity. Made with fresh milk from Jersey cows, fresh double cream and fresh free range eggs, the ice creams have a unique, clean, fresh taste. No emulsifiers or stabilisers to clog the palate, and of course no colourings, flavourings or preservatives. Ice cream pure and simple!
Our sorbets, too, are made with the same concern for quality and authenticity and attention to detail. All our range is produced in small batches, using artisan production methods.

Tasteless

I bought this in a bundle deal and thought it would be really good quality ice cream but it was pretty tasteless. Compares ok with cheap ice cream but definitely not worth this price.

Not a good ice cream at all

Flavourless with a lot of ice crystals in it. It froze very solidly in the fridge, more like ice than ice cream, and had to be chipped out to serve. Very expensive too for the disappointing quality.

This ice cream is very average and so overpriced. there isn't much flavour to it.
