no flavour

I add ginger to my morning juices for a bit of a kick. When I added the usual amount of this ginger there wasn't just a lack of kick but lack of anything. I am adding over double the amount and still just get a slight ginger flavour, weird.

Rarely disappointed.

I regularly buy this for use in stir-frys and I'm rarely disappointed with the flavour or texture. The occasional piece has been a bit watery, hence 4 stars not 5, but 19 times out of 20 the standard is as good as you would get in a supermarket.

Very disappointed with the quality - it was mouldy by the time I took it out of the bag.
