Storage
Once opened, keep refrigerated below 5°C and consume within 24 hours. Do not freeze.
Prepare & Use
Pan Fry 10-15 mins
For best results, gently heat a heavy based non-stick frying pan until hot. Add the contents of the foil pouch, stir gently to break up. Press the mixture firmly down with the back of a large spoon and cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes. Turn the Rosti over, then cook for a further five minutes.
Hob 10-15 mins
To cook in a stainless steel pan, ensure the pan is well seasoned, heat gently until hot, brush lightly with oil (do not use butter) and cook as above.

Lovely for breakfast
I cook this for my children's breakfast at least twice a week - sometimkes I add egg, herbs, onion, bacon, ham... I also pack it when we go sailing - the ultimate cockpit breakfast!

Fantastic great for camping too
This Rosti is just like the traditional Swiss dish. The best bit is it has no onion. I bought it initially as it does not need to be kept cold, but I now use it all the time, sometime as a quick snack on it's own or as an alternative to hash browns or chips.

Rosti Yummy Yummy Rosti
I thought to myself when i got the cardboard box with a foil insert..ummmm let's give it a try hahaha All my doubts were lost in an instant when i opened the packaging. Part cooked grated potato,the smell of bacon and browned to perfection in no time. I will be getting more in for quick,inexpensive,long shelf life,great tasing meals.I had waitrose pork shoulder steaks, home made chestnut and apple stuffing and button sprouts with mine yummmmmms Highly recommended

Great store cupboard staple
I use this for pie toppings - chicken and mushroom, fish, meat - and on it's own as part of a cooked breakfast. It's tasty - but not for veggies, as bacon fat is used - versatile and very easy to use.

A great product
I was dubious about this product but it's excellent value for money, tastes good and ideal for keeping in your pantry. I do find that it takes longer to cook than it says on the packet if you like it very crispy but all in all a good product
