Great quality English honey
I've had this honey several times now. It remains constant in it's light colour, pouring consistency and above all fantastic flavour. Worth every penny. Everyone must buy British honeys if they can because it supports British bees. Foreign honeys (except NZ) are blends from several sources and are less consistent in quality.

Tasty But Pricey!
A lovely honey, but rather pricey considering it's an English honey in a 340g container. You pay less for foreign honey and you get more of it!

Lovely english honey
Tasty honey, easy to pour and supporting British bee keepers at the same time. slightly more expensive but worth it!
Recipes
Gorgonzola with Figs and Honey
Grilling figs enhances their natural sweetness and the addition of blue cheese makes a great flavour contrast.

Pink Lady Apple Galettes with Vanilla Chantilly
A very easy yet impressive dessert with exotic almond and rose water scented frangipane hidden under the apple. This is equally good with vanilla ice cream scooped on top, melting as it hits the hot apples. Use a 15cm fluted tart tin to stamp out the circles or a cookie cutter.

English and good if you like a subtle taste but...
...I prefer a punch in the face type honey taste and therefore not worth the extra over the Waitrose essential blend. I'm also happy to give English bees a rest for a while
