Remove all packaging, top and tail, string and cut lengthways into fine slices, wash thoroughly.
Boil: Place in pan of boiling water, cover and bring back to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 - 6 minutes or until tender.

Stays fresh
I have these delivered on a Thursday and they stay lovely and fresh until Sunday for our lunch.

Beware - In season but from KENYA!!!
I deliberately bought these as they should be in season. I would NEVER buy runner beans from Kenya. Come on Ocado...

Not good
Opened the packet of beans. All were wringing wet and had a strange sour smell, so I threw them out. Waste of money. They were not out of date.
