had to thrown them all out, incredibly acidic, all you can taste is vinegar.

Best in a Jar
Good texture and fine balance of flavours in the marinade where acidity doesn't overpower the delicate flavour of the artichoke.

Nice but a little vinegary
These are indeed lovely as addition to a salad. Nice & refreshing but also somewhat vinegary.
