versatile
Add to Italian mince dishes like lasagne. Also vegetable curries.

Versatile Flavouring
I've used this to offset the cruder flavour of curry pastes when making a vegetable curry but it would have a wider application in savoury dishes of all types, giving a subtle extra dimension to many dishes.

Brilliant little store cupboard essential. It is excellent in pasta, stirred into sauces even spread on lovely crusty bread.

Delicious and vegan
I usually make pesto from scratch but this is delicious and handy to have in cupboard. Also Sacla replied to my email to confirm it is suitable for vegans which is great.
