Mascarpone cheese is the showstopper here. We’ve paired this dairy delight with vine-ripened chopped tomatoes to achieve the creamy-juicy balance that’s so hard to get right. As with all our Intenso recipes, we’ve done the practice-makes-perfect part for you. All you need to do is stir it in, or slather it on top, to add a taste of ‘proper’ Italy to your home cooking.

Simply stir this intensely rich & creamy Mascarpone cheese and vine-ripened tomato sauce into freshly cooked pasta.

Cook and drain pasta, return to the pan. Add Intenso Stir-In Sauce, sizzle and serve (we think 100g of pasta per 1/2 jar of Intenso works best).
