Specially selected Salame Brianza. A Coarse cut salami
Produced in Lombardy to a recipe founded in the 19th century. The pork meat is mixed with ingredients such as peppercorns, wine, garlic and sugar. This mix is then placed in a casing and left for a minimum of 90 days to mature to develop the flavour.
