can't tell it is gluten free
no one can tell it is different so this is one of the things I dish up without having to justify. following the suggested cooking time gives you a very tough product, try it, I think the time needs to be doubled to about 13/14 minutes which is only a little longer than I would cook wheat pasta

Pain-Free
I have been trying-out some wheat-free products as an experiment. Early days yet, but the gluten-free products do seem to have helped with the severe lower back pain I have been experiencing lately, and the bloated gut has gone. Made a lovely Penne Bolognese with this product.

Salute is the brst on the market
Even fussy italians can't tell the difference between this and 'normal' dried pasta. Big raspberry to Sainsbury's for discontinuing it - hurrah to Waitrose. :) Now all we need are the spirals and the spagetti.

Excellent gluten free pasta
I have tried many different gluten free pastas over the years and think this is the best currently on the market.
