Prepare & Use

Recommended daily dose:
Adults: 10ml (2 teaspoons).
Children under 12: 5ml (1 teaspoon).
- For winter use:
Adults: 10ml (2 teaspoons) four times daily.
Children under 12: 10ml (2 teaspoons) twice daily.

Not suitable for children under 3 years. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Do not take if you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant, except on the advice of your doctor.

Expensive, but.....

I had had a cold sore by the side of my mouth on and off, I took the winter dosage of this and it disappeared the same day! Its expensive but i have bought it again
