Prepare & Use
Preparation Instructions:
Stove Top Method: Empty packet contents into a small saucepan. Blend in 300ml (½ pint) water and bring to the boil, stirring. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until the gravy has thickened.
Microwave Method: Empty packet contents into a large microwaveable bowl or jug. Blend in the water. Cook on high for 4 minutes, stirring every minute until thickened. Stir well before serving.
Serving Suggestion:
Try replacing some of the water with roast turkey juices to give the gravy extra richness.

Excellent
Makes a great base for making your own gravy- I usually just add pepper and sherry and degreased pan juices. The reason I like it so much is because they have removed the hydrogenated/trans fats and there are no artificial flavours but managed to keep the taste.
