Schweppes Firedog
Take a cocktail shaker and add a measure of premium vodka and another
of raspberry liqueur. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the shaker, add
a dash of sugar syrup and 50ml of raspberry purée. Shake vigorously. Pour
the contents into a short glass half filled with crushed ice. Top up with
Schweppes bitter lemon and dress with a spring of mint and 2 fresh raspberries.

A simple but beautiful concoction of summer flavours. To make a pitcher: 200ml Bombay Sapphire 400ml orange juice and 400ml bitter lemon Fill pitcher ¾ full of cubed ice, add ingredients, stir well and garnish with orange and lemon wedges.

A nutty, rich flavour, with undertones of fresh lemon. To make a pitcher: 140ml Bacardi Superior 60ml Amaretto 2 lime wedges squeezed Top with 800ml bitter lemon Fill pitcher ¾ full of cubed ice, add ingredients, stir well and garnish with 4 lime wedges.
