Store in a cool dry place.
Prepare & Use
Hob cook.
Allow 50 to 75g of pasta per person for a starter or 75 to 100g for a main course. Place pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water (1 litre of water per 100g of pasta). Add salt to taste and simmer for 9 mins to achieve an 'al dente' texture, stirring occasionally. Strain and serve immediately.

Passable Pasta
This was a bit of a disappointment, and I wouldn't classify myself as a 'picky' pasta eater. Even without overcooking, the penne quickly became mushy with no 'al dente' in sight. Strangely, the penne is also quite a bit longer than normal penne pasta and is somewhat awkward to eat as a result. Stick with the Italian brands folks.

Not my favourite pasta
I agree with the previous reviewer - as this pasta cooks it simply loses its texture and becomes gooey. There are several better organic pastas out there try the Biona Bronze-extruded.
