full of flavour

This milk has a stronger flavour than other goats milk I've tried but I like that. Really creamy too just like others have said.

Use by date

This is a good product but recently the use by date has been short. For example delivered 30 Dec and out of date on 4 Jan not the 7 days advertised.

Delicious

This is very creamy, despite being semi skimmed and quite lovely on it's own or in tea and coffee. Having been forced by sensitivity to lactose to switch, most unwillingly from cow's milk to goat's, on trying some full cream cow's milk, I found it to be, thin, lacking in creaminess and very like mucous in comparison to goat's milk. Once over the goatiness of all goat's milk, which happens in a couple of months, goat's milk is better for you and much, much nicer. Would never go back. Recommended.

Lovely fresh tasting milk

This is lovely goats milk and I have never felt better since I switched to this from cows milk. Great on cereal, in tea and even tastes great on its own.

Honey and Goat's Milk Ice Cream with Pastellli Garnish

This recipe is equally delicious with cow's milk. For adults only, mix in some finely chopped stem ginger or crystallised ginger when the ice cream is semi frozen. Pastelli can be made with all honey instead of a mix of honey and sugar, but it will have a softer texture. Keep a watchful eye as you boil the syrup as it changes colour quickly.
