Too vinaigary
We didn't like this. It was both sweet and vinaigery and didn't taste of black beans at all. Both the Waitrose and the Amoy Black Bean sauce are much better.

Great stir fry flavour in minutes
We have used this sauce several times, but our current favourite is to slice up turkey escalopes and stir fry with peppers and onions - or any of your favourite veg - then throw in this sauce. Served with rice, this makes a great tasty stir fry in less than 15 minutes and feeds up to four.
