Prepare & Use

Psst! Shake me before opening.
4 Fish fillets;
1 Simply add fish!;
1 Hungry family.

1. Put 4 portions of fish in an oven-proof container that will allow for the fish to be covered by the sauce.
2. Gently shake the pouch for 10 secs and then pour the sauce on top of the fish.
3. Bake in a pre-heat oven for 20-25 min (180°C/gas mark 5).

Tips! Cod is phenomenal with Simply Add Fish! Even salmon and pollock will make yummy meals for the whole family.

In A Hurry!
Prepare as above, but cook in the microwave instead. 10 minutes for a 650 W oven.

Frozen Fish?
Leave the fish in the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes.

As good as the lemon version - I have had to buy some for my mum who can not find it in the shops.

Tasty, quick, easy

If you dont know how to cook fish or you simply dont want to spend a long time in the kitchen preparing it this product is fantastic. The sauce has a taste that appeals to the entire family from toddler to Granny. I think it was super tasty and can definitely recommend it.

TASTY BUT RUNNY

AS WITH ALL READY MADE SAUCES POURED OVER RAW FISH TO BAKE IT ENDS UP BEING RUNNY BECAUSE THE MOISTURE FROM THE FISH ALWAYS DOES THIS.I AGREE WITH OTHER REVIEWER TO SPRINKLE BREADCRUMBS OVER.VERY GOOD FRESH TASTE THOUGH,SAME COLOUR AS MARIE ROSE SAUCE!AND NOT UNLIKE THE TASTE!BUT DON'T BE PUT OFF-ITS REALLY RATHER GOOD.

Convenient

Although creating a sauce to pour over fish for an oven bake isn't difficult, it does take some time. This is straight out of the pack, with good instructions, and the taste is quite nice! The end result has a rather runny sauce, rather than thick. Next time, I'll sprinkle some breadcrumbs over it. This should give it a crispy top and soak up some of the moisture as well. Now it's time to try the other sauces in the same series...
