delicious. and yes, with texture!
Maybe people are good too used to very smooth and highly processed stuff nowadays. I agree that this is maybe slightly sweet, but still very strong on the horseradish front, so it gets five stars. I added it to fresh beetroot to make a delicious soup. Highly recommended.

Peculiar, unpleasant taste
This does not taste like creamed horseradish. It tastes like cheap mayonnaise with something harsh and nasty in it. I like horseradish quite strong, so it was not that it was too strong for me, it was unpleasant. Doesn't come within a million miles of Tracklements, which is fabulous. I had hoped this might be an adequate substitute, if not as good, but I found it inedible. If I must pay the price for Tracklements, so be it.

Fab
This sauce is great, hot, but so hot that all you get is a burn and no taste. I like horseradish sauce so much that I buy it to spread on toast with sliced tomatoes and this is now my preference above all others.
