really nice to supplement lunch, and i put some on a pizza. 40 slices is a lot so glad they've brought out a smaller packet!

Not right for pan frying...
This chorizo is not the right type for the Pan Fried Salmon with chorizo and broccoli recipe, where chunks of chorizo need to be fried in a pan. For that you should look chorizo that hasnt already been sliced. Dont make the same mistake that I did.
