Wow
Just so simple and so tasty. I felt very smug after trying this spice mix - like a 'proper' chef (which I'm not). Will be trying the other mixes.

Brilliant
The entire family fell on this - it is easy to make, and sufficient spice mix to make a larger portion which we did, chilled the leftovers and had them later in the week with a slightly different dish!!! Amazing.
