A bit about us...
We're a bunch of farmers who grow delicious baby leaves. We do something called 'Nature Friendly Farming' which means we build special habitats on our farms to encourage all kinds of wonderful wildlife. We grow all our leaves in natural sunlight, so right now they come from our sunnier farms in Portugal and Spain. Surprisingly, this is better for the planet than wasting energy on forcing leaves to grow out of season.
If we're not growing, picking or eating leaves, we're dreaming up new varieties. A while back we came up with the idea of pea shoots (much to the delight of our foodie friends). And here we've combined them with some of our other favourite leaves to make - what we think is - a stupidly tasty mix.

Weekly purchase
Had these for months and only once been disappointed to get large leaves in the mix (possibly spinach).
Always fresh
Nice mix of leaves and stays fresh for a couple of days in the fridge. I only wish it was organic!
Best bagged salad out there
The quality of Steve’s Leaves products is always excellent. Beautiful leaves and shoots which are packaged with enough air that they don’t get crushed. We’ve bought these for years and never had a dodgy bag. One bag is enough salad for two, especially if you add a few chopped veggies or cherry tomatoes. Excellent value when on offer, but the regular price isn’t outrageous for the quality, in my opinion.

tasty
Flavoursome is what you get with these tasty little leaves
Gorgeous little leaves!
Steve’s Leaves are delicious! Beautifully fresh with a glorious mix of flavours and textures - the flavours, textures and colours are outstanding. Contains a perfect balance of pea shoots, baby spinach and baby red chard. I especially love the earthy sweetness of the pea shoots and smooth creaminess of the spinach. I usually buy organic, but these are nature-friendly and kind to the environment as well as to our health. They are pillow-packed with fresh air rather than life-extending gases, and they are washed in spring water, not toxic chemical detergents which many non-organic salads are. Plus of course they have an array of nutrients and health benefits. If the leaves are particularly wet, the way to prevent slimy rotten leaves is simply put a couple of paper kitchen towels inside the bag on each side and leave it open. They are delicious added to risottos and pasta at the last minute, as well as salads and sandwiches. I equally love Steve's Leaves Baby Watercress & Little Leaves for the same reasons. Perfect in every way!
