Not for things requiring hard fat, short texture
I wouldn't use this for biscuits, pastries or scones as these need a fat that is firm at room temp for their short texture, lard, trex, butter etc. Also these need a lower water content, like butter cream. But, I have used this for cupcakes, fruit loaf, Christmas cakes, and in recipes needing melted butter or oil, and I have found it to be brilliant. I've also used the Flora liquid which seems very similar and used for these things they both seem fine so I buy whichever is on offer.

so easy to use
I always forget to take the butter or Stork out of the fridge before I'm going to bake. It's product does away with all that fuss and the hard work of mixing (even with a mixer!). I made cup cakes this evening and they taste great and rose far more an normal. I also used this product to make the butter icing for the top but have to admit that butter would have been far better. Overall great for the busy cook and impulse baker!

Would not buy again - greasy
Thought I'd try this as I always use Stork for baking with great results. Picked some up in my local Waitrose and used it for some biscuits - same recipe I'd make the week before with fantastic results. But on using this liquid, the bisuits were so greasy - you could see the grease coming out during baking. The end results were edible but not nearly as nice as the ones made using the Stork tub. Also, it said 500ml but I only got 415ml out of my bottle!

Brllilantly easy to use, good results
My kitchen isn't big enough for mixers and gadgets, so I found that this made baking incredibly easy. I was pleased with the results - muffins and a banana loaf cake were fine. A rhubarb cake didn't work, and was undercooked, but I didn't have enough rhubarb for the full recipe, so I may have misjudged the cooking time. Tasted OK - but more of a pudding than a cake.

Child-friendly baking!
I agree with other reviewers that this is not a replacement for hard fats in icing, pastry or biscuits but for easy mixing of cupcakes, sponges or brownies it is great - brilliant for my children to use! Have used it successfully straight from the fridge in recipes that require butter to be melted first - again, helpful for little bakers! Lastly, good results in the cake-pop maker as the resulting batter is runnier than with hard fat hence filling the cups is easier.
