Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Grill
12-16 minutes
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place on grill rack under a medium heat, turning grillsteak occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Pan Fry
12-16 minutes
Heat 1tsp of oil in a frying pan. Place grillsteaks into the pan, turning occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Barbecue
Take extra care when barbecuing.

Way too much pepper
As someone else has said, these are just glorified beef burgers with way too many peppercorns on them. I love pepper but the amount on these and the heat made them inedible. Not nice.

Spicy and Juicy
I don't agree with the bad reviews of this product at all. The pepper crust is wonderful, although if you have a problem with texture and spiciness in yor food, then I can see how it would be a problem for you. Every time I've cooked these steaks 3 times now, they've been succulent and juicy, and even my Gran who is a very fussy eater, enjoyed them.

Misleading
The name of the product does not reflect the contents - they are glorified burgers, not steaks! Please rebrand this product as very misleading.

Misleading label - disgusting product
Never heard of 'grillsteak' and assumed it was a steak that could be grilled. It is nothing of the sort. It's a pile of mince moulded into a steak shape and coated with pepper to disguise the fact. Until the packet is cut open and the patty levered out it is not possible to see that this is just a stack of minced up offcuts and fat. Threw out with a shudder of horror. Just disgraceful, worst ever purchase. Never again!
