2 outdoor bred pork burgers with mixed peppers and Mozzarella, 2 lamb burgers with fresh mint & 2 British beef burgers with onion marmalade.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened consume within 2 days.
Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.

Prepare & Use

Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.

Grill
15-20 minutes
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place under a medium grill and turn occasionally. Cook thoroughly until piping hot, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.

Oven Cook
Electric (190°C): 20-25 mins
Fan (170°C): 20-25 mins
Gas (gas mark 5): 20-25 mins.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until piping hot, there is no pink meat and juices run clear.

Barbecue
Take extra care when barbecuing.
If possible cook first and barbecue to finish. Cook thoroughly until piping hot, there is no pink meat and juices run clear

Tasty but impractical

They are very tasty burgers - but burgers need to hold together when cooking these unfortunately disintegrate, especially on a BBQ.

I had doubts aftter reading the reviews..

however, I really do enjoy these burgers. The blend of flavours and portion size is just right. I rarely buy burgers but this item has become a staple in my house.

Barbeque??

have had these before but bought them yesterday to use on a bbq for children and some were hopeless. tasted lovely but fell to pieces on the grill. Lovely flavour but not good for presentation!

They taste really good but we made the mistake of flattening them. The beef ones were fine but the pork ones fell apart. Would be better if you got just beef and lamb, the lamb ones are lovely.

Delicious!!

I bought these to BBQ, and found they were really delicious. As a family we couldn't decide which was our favourite as they were all so good. The beef with onion marmlade was wonderfully sweet, The lamb and mint was really favoursome, and the pork, with peppers and mozzorella had a lovely fresh favour. We browned them off quickly on a high heat, and then made sure they cooked through slowly, but beware of over cooking them so they don't become too dry. They are quite thick, but don't be tempted to flatten them as they have a tendancy to break up, especially the pork ones. I have since bought these again, and used them at a big family gathering and they went down like hot cakes. A brilliant product.
