Tough and tasteless
Agree with other commenters...not usually my thing to comment but these were so awful felt the need to let others know. I didn't think they had much flavour but they were very tough and I bought two packs. Gave them the benefit of the doubt tried cooking longer and they were still no better.

Very little meat, very fatty, hard to chew
I suggested a while back that Ocado stock some marinated beef ribs and lo' and behold they did, which had me ordering a few packs right away. However, I was left rather disappointed by the quality of these ones. Tried both in oven and in a slow cooker and noticed a large amount of fat/oil and very little actual meat. The meat that was present mostly stuck quite tightly to the bone and connective tissue which made it very difficult to get off. At present, I probably would not re-order these, but should the quality improve I will give them another go.
