Prepare & Use
Oven: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging including foil. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Oven: Electric 190ºC 18-20 mins Fan 170ºC 18-20 mins Gas gas 5 18-20 mins.
Oven cook from frozen:

Anaemic tarte
Did not like the pastry on this tarte.Did not seem cooked properly to me and the fiilling was not as tasty as I had expected.

Good but not as expected
The pastry is thin and crisp on this Tart, which is to my taste. I had expected a greater depth of flavour, but this lacked the savoury punch of Roquefort that I had expected. There is no overwhelming 'blue cheese' taste, at all, nor is it salty. It could also have done with a touch more filling, but having said that, this is a very pleasant Tart, and one that I would buy again.
