Keep refrigerated below 5ºC. Once opened consume within 2 days. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month.

Prepare & Use

May be eaten warm or cold. For best eating quality serve warm as below.
Oven cook. Electric, 190ºC, 15-20 mins. Fan, 170ºC, 15-20 mins. Gas 5, 15-20 mins. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging including the foil. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Oven cook from frozen. Electric, 190ºC, 25-30 mins. Fan, 170ºC, 25-30 mins. Gas 5, 25-30 mins. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging including the foil. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Stand for 5 minutes before serving.
To serve cold: Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving. Do not reheat once cooled.

Simply the best!

I've eaten quite a lot of quiches of all different flavours from all different brands and most of them are usually overpowered by whatever cheese is in them and the pastry isn't usually up to much either but this one is just yummy! The pastry is lovely, buttery and crumbly, the filling is just right, lots of broccoli and just the right amount of gruyere to make it flavoursome and the size of the quiche is perfect for one person. Would definitely buy again.

Great taste but small.

This was a lovely quiche but I was expecting it to be bigger. Very tiny quiche, less than half the size of the usual quiches I purchase. Would be great to take to work for lunch along with a side salad.
