Main ingredient is Sunflower Oil
Label should state clearly that these are sun dried tomatoes in cheap SUNFLOWER oil. There is only 3% extra virgin olive oil in this product. That's why you pay less. Tastes nice but I won't be buying again as olive oil is much better for you.

lovely flavour
The sun dried tomatoes come in a lovely herby oil which adds a great flavour. You can alson use any leftover oil in other cooking- when roasting vegetables for example. Delicious!
