roasts really well
I found this squash roasted better than the others and had a lovely flavour. It was also easier to peel as the skin is not so thick

Delicious
Very very nice. Microwaved then mashed with cream. Would have been 5 stars, but too expensive for everyday use.

Less waste
Not sure if this is significantly different to ordinary butternut, but the skin is thinner and easier to peel, or more edible if you roast with the skin on, and only a small amount of seeds, so there's actually more usable flesh. Very nice.

overrated
Unexceptional taste and consistency when roasted. A good ordinary organic squash will do me any day.

Taste good and easy to prepare
This is so much easier to cut than standard butternut squash which I have basically given up on as I chopping it up is too much effort. Great cut into chunks and roasted.
