dreadful hard lumps
I have always used this icing sugar but it now comes full of very hard lumps that are impossible to break down so end up wasting some.
Hard lumps
Not sure whats happening with thiscould it be too compact ? you would think buying such a heritage brand it would be perfect quality but there are really hard lumps that wont go through the sieve.
Lumpy
I’ve always bought this icing sugar in the past bu lately it has been really lumpy with small hard lumps that don’t dissolve in the mix so you have to put it through a fine strainer to get rid of them. Won’t be buying again.
Good staple
This is like any other icing sugar I have purchased - you will need to sift it. I don't notice any difference in taste - only ever used it in baking. Good staple
Lumpy
Really fed up. Been baking for 40 years. Never used to have to sift icing sugar. Why do I have all these little lumps in my butter icing, which just won't blend in?
Brick!
Its essentially a brick of sugar that needs putting in an electric grinder to get the lumps out, which is not at all good. Would not sift, would not break down by hand.
