Not Good
Has a weird aftertaste and too alcoholy. Will not purchase again.

Too alcohol based
This product was disapointing, certainly too alcohol based, so much so, it drowned out other flavours.

My preferred vanilla essence
I use this for sweetening scones and much prefer the vanilla taste in the end result compared to using the same quantity of Nielson Massey's essence. The vanilla taste of the latter is non-existent by comparison.

Too alcoholic in taste
Smells alcoholic and victoria sponge has strange flavour compared with other brands - it actually curdles the cake mix in the bowl depending at what stage you add it. Not a fan at all.

I+tried+this+as+my+usual+vanilla+was+not+available+on+Ocado.++However,+this+is+the+most+awful+vanilla+I+have+ever+used.++It+is+horribly+bitter+making+all+the+cakes+I+baked+with+it+taste+funny+and+not+pleasant.++It+also+wrecked+the+butter-cream+icing+I+make,+making+it+gloopy+and+with+a+nasty+after-taste.++I+would+not+recommend+this+at+all.++If+I+could+I+would+give+it+no+stars+at+all.+
