Brilliant
I use with 0% fat greek yog and a little sweetner and you have a brilliant desert with fresh fruit with no syns! Also works with fat free fromage frais!

I made two batches of vanilla ice cream, one with vanilla pod and one with a tsp of this wonderful goop. None of us can taste the difference! Only this is a lot less trouble. :)
