The chamomile flower is celebrated for its calming taste and is often drunk at bedtime. But sadly, most chamomile teas are made by crushing the flowers (ouch!). The best chamomile tea comes from brewing the whole flowers - which is exactly what we do. This ensures that none of their subtle, magical flavour is lost.

How we like it:
1 Teabag per cup
Boil water to 100°C
Brew for 3-5 mins

How we like it:
One tea temple per person, infused in boiling water for at least 3 minutes.
