Quality has gone downhill
First purchased this matcha last summer and was happy with the quality. The tins I have purchased recently were not of the same standard at all. A lighter, dull green colour compared to the previously bright green. The consistency is also far more clumpy. There is better quality Matcha tea available for less money. I won't be buying this brand again.
Substandard
There are a number of grades of matcha. This is priced at the top end. For this price, you would expect to get premium ceremonial organic matcha - packaged within the last month. From the taste and appearance, this looks to be about 2 - 3 grades lower than premium ceremonial organic matcha. My husband, who finds this disgusting, loves premium ceremonial grade. Best to buy a really good quality matcha and get what you pay for - look on the internet. Packaging pretty though.
makes me feel good !
Gives a nice steady energy and great skin as other mentioned. I also feel In a better mood after a low patch but I appreciate this is highly subjective. Recommended nonetheless :)
Tiny
Yes this tea is wonderful, but OMG is it a small box for the price. To put it in perspective, my first thought when I unpacked was "a small free gift" only to realise it was the actual tea!! I'm a strong believer in your health being worth it, but there has to be a realistic balance. On the fence whether I will repurchase due to cost.
Was a bit sceptical but...
Wasn't sure what to expect so needless to say this matcha exceeded my expectations. Did exactly what it said it would do. Feel healthier, skin better, blood sugar stabilised (I have hypoglycemia), good natural boost throughout the day unlike caffeine (no caffeine crashes), mood more stable and able to focus better at work. I did have a side effect of headaches at first so I decreased the amount used to quarter teaspoon instead and did the job, have slowly been able to increase the amount up to the half teaspoon a day. Will definitely continue using this and highly recommend!
a Must Have product
I was sceptical but after 4 weeks I have more energy, clear skin, feel great and it's helping (imho) to burn fat as part of a calorie controlled diet and some exercise. Wish it were cheaper.
