Extremely high level of salt
I bought this as it had less sugar than other brands but overlooked the huge amount of salt. 8g per 100g is extremely high. Most other brands have about 2g. 1.5g per 100g of salt is considered high. Therefore this is way off the chart. Unfortunately I do not even want to try this as it is so bad for you.
Too Salty
Normally use Bart Thai yellow curry paste. Ocado stopped stocking that product. Used this alternate product instead and found it to be very disappointing- far too salty. Returned unused packs, pending refund!
Delicious
It is very tasty and easy to make an authentic tasting Thai curry with very little time or effort. You just need coconut milk/coconut cream. It is a bit hot but the kids can just about cope with it as it is so tasty. Really great!
We made fish curry with it - a new favourite
Used this paste with fish + prawns + coconut milk and some other bits. New favourite for our family. Yum.

We have tried ALOT of thai pates and this is by far our favourite. I've always loved yellow thai curry and it's hard to find one that tastes authentic but this one has got it on my opinion, a really authentic aromatic, sweet, salty flavour. Really Tasty.

16g of salt in 1 pot is far too much. The salt overpowers the taste - which is a shame because the blend of spices generates a tasty sauce.
