Storage
Keep Refrigerated. Once opened use within 2 days.
Suitable for Home Freezing: Freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month.
Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before cooking. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
Prepare & Use
This product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the instructions.
Remove all packaging.
All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.
To Grill: Preheat grill to medium. Place on rack for 12-15 minutes. Turn occasionally.
To Shallow Fry: Heat a dessert spoon of oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning regularly.Drain before serving.
To Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 190ºC, 375ºF, Gas 5. Place in roasting tin for 25-30 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking

Delicious
Very enjoyable sausages, not fatty and full of flavour. They made a delicious Toad in the Hole and also made an excellent addition to a beef casserole. Where possible I always remove the skins before cooking and the sausages stay intact regardless. Will definitely buy again.

Like you would get from a good butcher
These are far and away the best packaged sausages I have ever bought. Great texture, enough fat to be moist, but not swimming in it. Grilled in a George Foreman and almost no fat came off. Taste of pork, not filler. I have certainly never had any problems as other reviewers claimed. These are now the only brand of sausages I will buy if I have the choice.

Only OK
No special flavour, although as there wasn't supposed to be one, that wasn't a problem. The sausages were OK but, grilled, we found the skins to be tough. We bought them because they were on special offer but we won't be buying them again.

Simply delicious!
These are absolutely delicious AND gluten free!!! We oven bake them until they have a slightly crispy skin and they always remain positively juicy and delicious inside. I've also used these to make sausage casserole and was not at all disappointed! We often freeze these and they are just as good having been frozen before cooking, as they are when cooked fresh... These are far and a way the best super-market sausages we've found!
