Prepare & Use
Shake well before use.
Lamb or chicken Rogan Josh:
Cube 4-6oz meat per person and seal quickly in a wok or frying pan with 2 tbs oil. Add sauce and simmer till tender. Add quartered fresh tomatoes. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves if desired. Serve with rice or Naan bread.
Prawn Rogan Josh: Add cooked peeled prawns to sauce and heat thoroughly

nasty
I tried this with prawns and both my wife and myself found to have strong but unpleasant flavour. We would prefer Homepride curry sauce. The dinner ? went into the bin as uneatable

... Than anything out of a jar... And it's long shelf life means it can be a stock cupboard staple.
