These Tortelloni are handmade using the finest Italian "00" flour and free range egg for the pasta, and exquisite ingredients for the filling. We believe in traditional methods of production.
Delicious Italian handmade fresh pasta parcels filled with venison braised in red wine to melt-in-your-mouth tenderness, achieving a robust and well-rounded flavour.

Storage
Keep refrigerated at +4°C. Once opened consume within 3 days.
If freezing, do so on date of purchase and cook directly from frozen within 1 month.
Prepare & Use
Serve: Great simply with melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese.
Cooking Instructions
1. Boil 1 litre of salted water per 100g of pasta in a large saucepan.
2. Add the pasta and simmer for 3 minutes avoiding hard boiling.
3. Drain and serve immediately. Add melted butter and enjoy while hot.

Delicious filling
These are very nice tortelloni. The portion is a good main for one or starter for two - we just had it with a bit of brown butter and garlic and it was a perfect treat.

Very tasty!
A proper filled pasta with real meat. Delicious! 2 problems though, the price and also too much for one person but not enough for 2.

Amazing
Very easy to cook, add a little bit of butter and freshly grated parmesan and you have one of the best meals! Only con is the price, but worth it as a treat once in a wile!!

Great flavour, but not enough for 2 people...
This is one of the best tasting fresh filled pastas on the market. However, one pack is not enough for two growing boys, let alone two adults, and it is quite expensive hence the 4 stars. It is an occasional treat in our house.

delicious quick meal
Expensive but brilliant for quick after school club meal - my 2 kids (7&3) don't want the whole pack in one meal so it does two meals. I serve with melted butter and Parmesan and side of peas. Both girls love it and I enjoy stealing one here and there - v silky smooth and tasty. Shame about price but it is way above the quality of other fresh pastas
