Perhaps you're thinking how fancy and grown-up this sauce seems. And it does, yes, but it didn't always.
Like everything Tideford make, it started in my imagination and ended up in my kitchen, where I spent ages making and remaking it, until it tasted how I'd first imagined.
It's the scenic route, I know, but we do keep winning all these awards, so I'm in no hurry to change.
Besides, food only tastes like it was made by someone who cares when it's made by someone who cares.

Serve with pasta, rice or creamy mash potato. Serves 2-3 people.
Microwave - From Chilled/Ambient
Remove lid and place lightly on top, heating for 2-3 minutes.
Ensure food is piping hot before eating.
