Store in a cool dry place
Prepare & Use
Allow 250g for 4 generous servings
1. Bring a large pan of water to the boil, at least 2.5 litres with 1 tsp sea salt, if liked.
2. Stir in rice and return to a medium boil. Cook 25 minutes.
3. Drain well and leave for 3 minutes before serving.
Serving tip
Fork through a knob of butter or drizzle with a little olive oil. Sprinkle with chopped parsley or coriander.

Delicious
One of my sons recommended this to me, so I tried it. It is so much more tasty than the white version, just takes a little bit longer to cook, but turns out nice and fluffy. Highly recommend to anyone as it is so easy to cook.
